Anchors Outing, Saturday 11th May
The cost is £8 per boy (however you could charge them £10 to cover an ice cream if you wish).
We will spit the group in half with Group 1 going around the Shuttleworth Collection and Group 2 in the Bird of Prey centre, after lunch they will swap over.
Boys will need:
During lunch they will be able to use the play area.
It is a flying weekend for the model plane club so they may catch sight of these while there!
All companies are to meet me outside the visitor centre at 9.30am (to allow people to get there).
The morning session will run from 10am – 1pm with lunch 1-2pm and the afternoon session 2-5pm so you get 3 hours in each bit.
Parents can drop of and collect from the site. On arrival they should state they are part of the Boys’ Brigade group otherwise they will be asked to pay on the gate which we don’t want them to do as the group rate is better.
Staff/Adults, we get 1 staff free for every 5 children; any extra staff members will pay £16 we will try to juggle this to avoid any staff paying, assuming you do not bring more than you need.
Once I have told you which attraction you are doing first you are then free to go around in your own company groups and go round in your own time, we will have our picnic altogether.
