From the North, come into Luton on the A6, look for signs for "Hitchin A505" - you will turn left at the large roundabout just before Wardown Park.  Follow the signs for "Hitchin A505" until you pass the fire station on your right hand side.  Turn right at the next roundabout and immediately left into Putteridge Road,  The Recreation Centre is right at the end on the left hand side.  There is plenty of car parking.

If you approach on the M1, come off at junction 11 and follow the signs to Luton Town Centre. Head out from the town centre on the A6 to Bedford past Wardown Park.  Turn right at the big roundabout, follow the signs for "Hitchin A505" as above (this is not the shortest way, but it is by far the easiest to describe).

Please note, the management of the sports centre has recently been taken over by Putteridge High School, and they are still working out how they will manage external bookings, so access may not be obvious.
